The Albertine Cinématèque series presents the sensational film Benedetta(2021): A 17th-century nun in Italy suffers from disturbing religious and erotic visions, and the relationship between the her and another woman develops into a romantic love affair.
Albertine Cinémathèque is a program of FACE Foundation and Villa Albertine in partnership with the French Embassy in the United States and with support of the CNC (Centre National du Cinéma et da l’Image Animée.
