- 400 BLOWS: Special presentation of the iconic New Wave film 400 BLOWS (1959), following the early years of Antoine Doinel falling into crime, is presented in a miniature festival format, in remastered digital cinema projection, as part of the full collection of Truffaut’s Antoine Doinel film series. Show starts at 7pm.
Showing on Saturday, Oct. 29
- Antoine Et Colette: Special presentation of the second appearance of the Truffaut analog character Antoine Doisnel in the short film Antoine Et Colette (1962), now 17 and looking for love. Show starts at 11am.
- Stolen Kisses: Special presentation of Stolen Kisses (1968): after being discharged from the army, Antoine centers a screwball comedy where he applies for different jobs and tries to make sense of his relationships with women. Show starts at 1:45pm.
- Bed and Board: Special presentation of Bed and Board (1970): Antoine Doinel works dying flowers in the courtyard outside his apartment. He is married to Christine, who is pregnant. His affair may jeopardize his marriage. Show starts at 3:45pm.
- Love on the Run: Special presentation of Love on the Run (1978). Doinel, now more than thirty, divorced and in love with Sabine, a record seller. Colette, his teenager love, is now a lawyer who finds his first novel, when they meet again in a station... Show starts at 5:45pm.
